At Server Solutions, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your IT hardware purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

You are eligible for a return and refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and documentation included.
Items that are damaged or have visible signs of wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our Customer Support Team at rma@serversolutions.us to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Inspection and Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect the product(s) to verify their condition.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees (if any).

5. Restocking Fees:
